Every medicine batch in your inventory is tracked with its exact expiry date. Shopper Pro alerts you automatically for medicines expiring within 30, 60, or 90 days — configurable to your preference. During billing, the system always selects the earliest-expiring batch first (FEFO — First Expiry, First Out). Expired stock is automatically flagged, blocked from billing, and listed separately for return processing with the distributor.
📦 Batch-wise Inventory & Salt Substitution
Manage stock batch by batch — each with its own purchase price, MRP, manufacturer, expiry date, and rack location. When a specific brand is out of stock, Shopper Pro instantly suggests alternative brands with the same active salt from your current inventory — so customers leave with their medicines even when a particular brand is unavailable. Full batch-level stock ledger shows every inward and outward movement.
